Community transformation network sierra Leone [CTN-SL] is a community-driven, non-profit/development organization committed to transforming lives through access to resources, knowledge, and sustainable opportunities. We work hand-in-hand with local communities to promote economic growth, skill development, and social well-being.
OUR CORE PROGRAMMES
1️. Microfinance Programme
We empower small businesses and low-income individuals by providing:
- Affordable loans
- Savings and credit facilities
- Financial literacy training
- Business support services
Impact: Supporting entrepreneurship and financial independence.
2️. Agricultural Development Programme [ADP]
Helping farmers increase productivity and income through:
- Initiation of agricultural development projects
- Modern farming techniques

- Irrigation and sustainable practices
- Cooperative farming support
Goal: Achieve food security and economic resilience in rural areas.
3️. Building and Construction Skills Training
Preparing youth and adults for employment in the construction industry:
- Masonry, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and electrical work
- On-site practical experience
